Authentication latency on DUO1

Resolved

Our production engineering team detected increased latency on the DUO1 deployment. This resulted in some authentication methods being slower than usual, or timing out. The issue has been resolved and we will provide more details once root cause analysis is completed. All other deployments were unaffected.
